As a Service Partner, you provide customer support services from the comfort of your home – creating your own schedule and having the freedom and flexibility to spend more time with your family, work outside of your home – or whatever makes you happy.
When using the platform, you are your own boss. You're not an employee of Arise or of the client(s) you service.
Certification
What does it mean to certify?
Each client offers a certification course that must be passed in order to begin servicing. These are highly specialized, instructor-led online courses that provide information on the client’s systems that you will be using to service, as well as the requirements for the program. The certification fees vary based on the Client you choose to service.

After discussing options with Swif-T Virtual Solutions LLC, choose the client program(s) you would like to service.
Servicing Clients
Can I Service more than one client?
Yes, you can enroll in more than one course as long as the times for training do not conflict. There are many agents that are servicing more than one client.
Hours, Pay & fees
You set your own schedule and choose the hours you wish to work in intervals. You are required to work a minimum of 15 hours per week (this is a requirement). Customer Service Professionals are paid on a bi-weekly basis and direct deposit is offered to all CSP's. The Admin fee of $29.99 and the Arise fee of $19.75 is deducted automatically each pay period. The rate of pay varies from client to client.
